The rules for using GBE Academy.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the GBE Academy mobile app, web app, and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Parents or guardians may manage or supervise youth player accounts where applicable.
• You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for unauthorized use.

Platform use

• GBE Academy may be used to create profiles, book practices, manage rosters, upload content, make purchases, and access training features.
• You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access to data or accounts.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or create safety, fraud, or abuse concerns.

Social sign in and passwords

You may be allowed to sign in using providers such as Google, Facebook, or Apple. If you create a GBE Academy account through social sign in, you may also be required to set a password so your account can be accessed across supported platforms.

Bookings, practices, and payments

• Practice availability, pricing, booking limits, and refunds may depend on coach settings and platform rules.
• You are responsible for reviewing booking details before confirming a practice or purchase.
• Payments, balances, payouts, and purchases may be processed by third-party service providers.

User content

You retain ownership of content you upload, such as profile photos, highlight videos, and other submitted materials. By uploading content, you give GBE Academy a limited right to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share what you submit.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every feature will always be available on every platform or device.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

GBE Academy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including losses related to bookings, uploads, data availability, account access, or third-party services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is misused, or if required for safety, security, or legal compliance. You may stop using the service at any time.
